Figure 23 — Patch Geometry
Surface Treatment Patch is intended for partial surface treatment application of painting, blasting, galvanizing and other treatments. Geometric representation should use Curve Bounded Surface (IfcCurveBounedPlane) for its geometric representation. Outer curve and inner curve should use be either Polyline (IfcPolyline) or Composite Curve (IfcCompositeCurve). Segments of Composit Curve should be Polyline (IfcPolyline), Line (IfcLine), or Trimmed Curve(IfcTrimmedCurve). The Basis Curve of Trimmed Curve should be either Polyine, Line, or Circle (IfcCircle).
