Bounded Representation in EM11 utilizes Faceted Brep in IFC, in which all faces are planar and all edges are straight lines. It is only used when geometry of element or feature cannot be represented with Extruded Area Solid. Welding access cutout with arbitrary profiles and pipe cuttings in non perpedicular cut direction should not use Bounded Representation. Proprietry item or Bought-Out item may use Bounded Representation.
